MY APPROACH
It is an honor to guide people as they work to make positive change in their lives. Taking the step to seek therapy is an important one and I believe that we all have the power to heal and grow within us. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share deeply personal matters that are often difficult to talk about. I want to spark curiosity within you about your own behaviors and ways of thinking.
My counseling style is collaborative, non-judgmental and goal driven. Clients describe me as personable, compassionate and honest. Together we will identify your unique issues and determine the approach that will be most effective in realizing your goals. By creating a therapeutic atmosphere for change, I will help you isolate patterns of behavior that may no longer be effective and define new pathways to self-acceptance, emotional resiliency and personal growth. I am particularly passionate about providing you tools that you can use in your daily life to make real and lasting change.
